How is the cost of a meeting worked out?
By adding up the hourly rate of everyone present and multiplying by the length in hours. For employees use the full cost to the company, not the gross wage, or the figure comes out under the truth.
How do I estimate the hourly rate of an employee?
Divide the yearly cost to the company by the hours worked, which run between 1700 and 1800. The yearly cost covers pay, the contributions that add about a third on top, and the cost of a workstation.
What is the live counter for?
To make visible a cost nobody usually looks at. Watching the figure climb while the meeting runs on helps close the points and work out what could have been settled in writing.
