Domande Frequenti
Quale dimensione deve avere l'immagine Open Graph?
Dove devo inserire questi meta tag?
What are Open Graph meta tags?
They are the lines that decide how a page introduces itself when it is shared: title, description, image and content type. Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Telegram read them to build the preview.
Where do the meta tags go?
Inside the head section of the HTML document, before it closes. Search engines read them when they index the page, and social networks when somebody shares its address.
Why does the social network still show the old preview?
Because every platform caches what it read the first time. After changing the tags you have to ask for a fresh check with the debug tool of that social network, or the old version stays put.
