Domande Frequenti

A cosa servono i dati falsi generati?

What are the generated fake data for?

They are used to populate development databases, test forms and imports, create mockups and demos, run stress tests or documentation examples without using real people's data. They are ideal when you need a plausible but fake dataset, avoiding privacy issues from using real personal data.

Are the generated tax codes and VAT numbers valid?

No. The generated tax code and VAT number only have the correct format (length and character types) but are not mathematically valid nor do they correspond to real people or companies. They are only for tests where the field structure matters, not official validation with the check algorithm.

Is there a limit to the number of rows?

You can generate up to 1000 rows at a time. Everything happens in the browser, so there are no server calls and the data never leaves your device. For very large datasets it is best to export to CSV or JSON immediately and generate in batches.
